Thomas Keehn - Maryland Residential Contracting Professional

Thomas Keehn is an entrepreneur and home-improvement contractor with a decades-long career in residential construction across Maryland. Over the years, he has held roles that involved project oversight, residential contracting, and client coordination throughout the region. Thomas Keehn attended DeMatha Catholic High School in Hyattsville. He later earned a bachelor of science in criminal justice from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he appeared on the honor roll and participated in fitness competitions, including Mr. Nation's Capitol and Mr. Capitol Fitness.

From 1990 to 2020, Mr. Keehn owned and operated Certified Inc., where he managed contracting projects, office operations, payroll, purchasing, and crew assignments. During that period, the company was ranked number one in Maryland and number thirteen nationally for submitting five-star warranties through CertainTeed Corporation. Since 2020, he has owned Certified Contractors Inc. in Wilmington, North Carolina, continuing to work in residential contracting and business operations.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Keehn held positions such as home-improvement sales representative at Universal Energy Corp. and waiter at Chesapeake Bay Seafood House. Outside of work, he has participated in organizations including the Better Business Bureau, Bureau of Consumer Affairs, National Home Builders, and the National Roofing Contractors Association. His personal interests include golfing, traveling, boating, and hiking.
